Dr. Agustin V. Arbulu C.
Chief Executive Officer

Agustin (Augie) is a hands-on CEO, ensuring patients receive the care and respect they deserve, physicians are kept informed and our staff has a professional, caring workplace environment.

Augie’s rich educational background and work experience provide the guidance to keep and practice our core values all across the organization. In addition to his experience as an attorney, Augie has served as an educator at the graduate college level. Augie’s extensive educational background includes an executive doctorate in management, a master in business administration, juris doctor and a master of law in taxation.

Augie has been involved in a number of civic and community related organizations, including having served as President and Founder of the Hispanic Bar of Michigan and Hispanic Business Alliance (HBA). He has served on various boards, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan, Leadership Detroit, and Lyric Chamber Ensemble. He also is an inductee and member of the HBA’s Hall of Fame.

Michael Hall
Chief Financial Officer and Administrator

Michael has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including serving the past eight years at Metro Home Health Care. Prior to being named CFO and Administrator, he was our Director of Finance. Previously, he held financial management positions for more than 20 years in hospitals, medical laboratories, infusion companies and home care agencies in Saginaw, Traverse City and Livonia. He is well versed on healthcare matters and brings a wealth of knowledge to Metro Home Health Care. Michael holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and a master in business administration from Central Michigan University.

Marianne Windhorst
Director of Professional Services

Marianne has been with Metro Home Health Care for 22 years and is one of our many long-serving, dedicated employees. Prior to her promotion to Director of Professional Services, she served as our Nursing Supervisor and has extensive knowledge of Medicare guidelines regarding all home care. Marianne specializes in home care for patients with mental illness and worked with Adult Protective Services to help impaired adults who may be abused or neglected. A Registered Nurse, Marianne graduated from Grace Hospital School of Nursing.
